| News: Eric's Car Found The first Rolls Royce owned by Eric Morecambe has been saved from a scrapheap by a Canforth businessman. The 1971 Silver Shadow was just days away from being stripped in a scrapyard in Shewsbury when Peter Yates discovered it. | News: Rare Tapes Found A large collection of rare and never before heard tapes have been discovered by Doreen Wise during a recent garage clear out. The tapes, some dating back to the sixties, cover many aspects of Eric and Ern's career including five episodes of their first radio show YOYO (You're Only Young Once).

| News: CD Release The BBC are set to release a 'facsimile' of the 1976 LP 'Its Morecambe & Wise' on CD as part of the Vintage Beeb collection. The release date is set for 4th Feb 2010. The CD contains various sketches including The Diamond Ring In The Window and Bob Hope's Chief Scriptwriter. Judging by the word 'facsimile', we presume there will be no additional content. | News: Morecambe & Wise Biopic Following on from the much praised BBC drama series, the Curse of Comedy, it seems that Eric and Ern's young days may be next for the small screen. Peter Bowker, writer of such things as Occupation, Blackpool and Wuthering Heights, is penning the script that covers the boys early life as child entertainers. Not only has the whole site had a complete overhaul, but many articles and features have been tweaked, some with new additions to take into account time, and some with more images.
