| News: Disagreeing Poll There is a bit of a debate going on surrounding a recent poll to find the Best Comedy Duo. The poll, organised by seesaw.com, places James Corden and Mat Horne in first place, just in front of Morecambe and Wise.
Now we like James and Mat, and we really enjoyed Gavin and Stacy, but to give them top slot is another matter.
In an article on the Sky website several other sites and pundits, including Chortle, are saying the results are not really plausible.
To compare different generations is akin to comparing Ali with Tyson. Our own comments can also be found there; taking nothing away from James and Mat, if they are still at the top in 40 years time; then we'll take another look. Posted:01/08/2010 | |
